Before you pray differently, put down some weight you were never meant to carry. These few chapters will change how you pray for the next 30 days.

Pick a time and place you can keep: your coffee, your lunch break, or the last few minutes before bed. Ten minutes is enough. Consistency matters more than length.

Put a card on your bathroom mirror or in your Bible. Use the Hope Log to write down small signs of grace. On the hard days, those notes will remind you that God has been moving all along.

The conversation scripts are for real moments: the holiday dinner, the unanswered text, the hard question. Read them now so the words are already in you when you need them.
